If you have purchased this library, you have two support incidents included with your license.

Before you request technical support, please do the following:

• Check the documentation (a copy is also installed on your hard drive by our installer)
• Review our support terms to see whether your type of inquiry is acceptable
• Then send us your request

On occasion, we will also service support requests by our evaluation users. However, due to the significant volume of inquiries, and the high cost of servicing an incident, we reserve the right to decide which evaluation user issues we will handle.
